The Feel Good Bucket: a free workshop for women who are tired of having all the tools and still feeling stuck.
You have a list. Yoga. Journaling. Getting outside. Calling a friend. You know what's supposed to help.
And still, on the days you need it most, you end up on the couch, scrolling, waiting to feel better. Or you push through, running on empty, until something finally cracks.
You're not broken. You're not lazy. You're reaching for the right tools at the wrong moment. And no one taught you the difference.
I spent years trying to fix how I felt about my body, my life, my mind. Using everything I was told would work. Sometimes it did. And sometimes I was so deep in the spiral that meditation felt like a joke and journaling felt impossible.
What actually turned things around wasn't doing more. It was understanding that what you need at a low simmer is completely different from what you need when everything feels like too much. And knowing which one you're in.
That's what this workshop is about.
You'll walk away with:
A simple framework for understanding your own anxiety levels, and what actually helps at each one.
Your own personalised toolkit, built around how you actually function, not what worked for someone else.
A new way of thinking about the tools you already have, so they stop feeling like things you should be doing and start feeling like things you can actually reach for.
